Look under the U of TRUST,you see the LIBE impression backward and flat, the indentation in front of the profile and the flattening on the reverse are all indication of a vise job.
It is a spender.

I'm thinking vise job. Reverse characters are the giveaway. A vise job can be indicative of vice behavior.

Seeing that all the devices are mirrored, it is a transfer from another coin. As mentioned, Three coins squeezed in a vice to make it look like a mint error. When they are tired of their creation, they spend it and you found it. Just a spendable coin.

Possible 2004 cent was squashed onto this coin. Note the '4' at the bottom of the bust. (mirrored)
