2020 US Virgin Island Quarter Is This A Punch Through Debris Or Die Chip?

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/20/2021 12:12 pm It might be (I;m not exactly sure of the location) a die chip altered by either Machine Doubling or coin wrapper damage? The devices are too far inward to be a vending machine damage issue. But something affected it. Report this Post to the Staff
