I found this 2020 US Virgin Island quarter and it looks like it may have a punch through debris on the reverse but I am not sure any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance for any comments

It might be (I;m not exactly sure of the location) a die chip altered by either Machine Doubling or coin wrapper damage? The devices are too far inward to be a vending machine damage issue. But something affected it.
