2000 P Dime "Reverse Stamped On The Obverse"?

Ok guys found this dime a few min ago. It has 5 protruding dots on the "Obverse" Looks the same as the dots on Reverse side but a hair larger. You can also see other parts of the reverse design. Opinions appreciated. 2000-P-Dime-

I'll get some better pics. But if blow the pic up a little you can sr the leaf on his neck. Also if you turn the dime with roosevelt looking up you can see the image of the torch going through his lower head. You can see the flame between the dot and "L" then the "IME" behind the "TY" in LIBERTY

The could be evaporated water spots. We see these on cents sometimes.

Given the single photo posted, I'm not seeing any of the issues noted--other than the post-strike, environmentally-caused 'crop circles' we occasionally see on coin surfaces. Looking forward to seeing more images, including one of the reverse.
