Looks promising, however, to provide the best grade estimate possible, we need sharper photos with less glare. The banner over the images is distracting.

Like Rothery mentioned...there are plenty of already slabbed 39-S's out there. Your example would have to grade MS-67 or higher to justify the cost...and with the spots on the obverse...I don't believe it will. Nice album filler though! smat

Just a quick check with Greysheet and PCGS: even if the coin was MS, prices there say that the coin would need to be MS67 minimum to recoup the costs of grading.
For what it's worth....

It is a nice coin but these are pretty plentiful and available in the condition of your coin. Definitely a keeper but not worth grading.
