I have this 1993 penny with the Mint Mark D on it can anyone please tell me if its worth more then a penny thanks

No, it is just badly damaged. The copper plating has been removed and the zinc has corroded.

If it was possible for that to be worth less than a cent, it would be.
Just badly damaged.

Worth one cent, but a fun example of a damaged coin. What does the reverse look like? Drop it in a 2x2 for future reference and enjoyment.

Well it's definitely different looking. Probably somebodies acid experiment coin as previously stated.

you would be lucky if anyone even accepted it in payment for something...

you might be better off burying it in a coin roll - and turning it into the bank for an even exchange...
