Hello everyone. This is a 2016 West Virginia Harpers Ferry commemorative that is about 80 % deteriorated. Can anyone help me on this. The letters are deteriorated. any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

Your photos are not very sharp. For what I can see, your quarter looks fairly normal, perhaps what you are seeing is just wear? Difficult to tell.

As the die wear, the devices start to show extreme wear. If the die is polished too much on these ATB reverse, the devices that create the incuse letters on the reverse are thinned down even more, as that area is now the highest spot on the die. Even higher than the fields. Thus when the dies get real bad a lot of bad things happen:
