Hi guys,

I have this 2012 P Roosevelt dime and was wondering what is going on with the top rim of this dime on the Reverse? There seems to be an raised metal strip going from the "T" in STATES to "F" in OF. What is this?

But I thought Cuds were more round or oval pieces or blobs of metal on rim? This piece is more rectangle and perfectly placed on the rim?
