I posted this cent with a question about marks on the reverse with a few different images on 2/7/2021. One of the images was of a pen that you can see the reflection of the pen on the reverse. No one commented on that image. My question is, is this an EDS? Also, is this normal for a business strike cent to be so reflective

The obverse doesn't look as fresh as the reverse (Note the area around 'IN') But the reverse is showing an issue on some devices on 'UNITED' thus shortening that area, show wide devices. What are the vertical lines? Scratches on a slab? the 'FG' looks a bit weaker, but the rest of the die looks like an earlier die state die.

Coop, you had commented about this cent. You had said that the lines were coin scratches. Is this normal for a business strike cent to be so reflective?
