Not an error, that is called Split Plate Doubling.
Also for future referance, a DDR or DDO are not errors but varieties.

If they were devices, they would be raised and they would be the stronger DDR there could be. But that is not the case. Just as mentioned already, a split plating issue. No premium for this as it is common and the exposed zinc is already counting down to when the zinc will be there no more.
