I'll start by saying, I haven't looked threw many of the newer quarters, and I'm not sure if doubling is even possible.
I found this 2020-D America Samoa quarter that appears to have Die Deterioration Doubling or hub doubling on the "America Samoa". The rest of the coin seams to look normal ... my eyes might be playing tricks on me.
Appreciate any help.

All Machine Doubling. On the raised obverse it reduces the size of the devices. On the incuse devices it enlarges the devices. Just opposite, but still the same result. The DDO and DDR on the States Quarters and the ATB Quarters are on the central areas of the design Doubled earlobes:

Doubled motto on the obverse:

Reverses on the central area of the design. No DDR's on the outside letters. Wrong area to look. (Single squeeze die doubling affect the center of the coins designs)
