the 91(P) is known for weak strikes. this one exhibits a stronger than average strike. luster appears to be broken on both sides in places. surface preservation is showing quite a few ticks, scratches and marks especially on the obverse. the eye appeal takes a little hit do to all the marks and the discoloration. I still think it would net grade at MS63 as the reverse is a solid 64 imo.

I can't get a good feel from the obverse photo. It's a bit too dark to see the SW quadrant clearly. The reverse looks solid, and likely MS-64. As others have noted, the strike is good.
