Doubling on the Earlobe is MD and the D does not look over S, there seem to be a stain or tiny Oxidation on the North west of the serif looking like part of S
Before posting about a similar coin I saw this post, hopefully oyaji is still active. The MM looks like FS-10-1983D-501 repunched mintmark as shown in Cherrypickers' 5th Ed Vol II, which states the following, "A secondary D is visible protruding from the primary D. Only a small portion of the left upright bar of the underlying D is visible." Just tossing a thought out there. Hope this makes a difference.
