Cmattbrown New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 03/04/2021 8:00 pm Hi, I have invested in CAPS albums for a good chunk of my collection. Over a dozen albums. In replacing a coin in my Franklin collection, my page 1 Cracked. Is there a warranty on these pages? It should not have cracked. Please help! Report this Post to the Staff

Their thoughts/decisions are the only ones that will ultimately matter for you in terms of whether you get a free replacement page. FWIW: I've had good customer service experiences with them. crusherjc Valued Member United States 139 Posts	Posted 03/08/2021 10:08 pm Hi Cmb, I probably have 20 albums from CAPS, maybe more and have had very few issues. Have had a few bad pages, a few where airtites were to loose when in the page. Had a cracked page along the seam where the page mounts into the binder, and a bad slipcase. In each instance the item was replaced no questions asked. So far have had great customer service from them. I am hoping in the long turn the plastic used to make the pages will hold up, guess time will tell. Jim Report this Post to the Staff
