The 2 euro is the most counterfeited denomination. I would be almost certain that all of this unusualness in the strikes is because each of these is a counterfeit. Often the devices appear mushy, lack detail, and lack the tolerances that would regularly be employed.

I am not directly familiar with euro counterfeits, but I am somewhat familiar with canadian bimetallic toonie fakes, and they strike all the same chords.

Coin #4 looks genuine, just heavily circulated and knocked about.

Coins #5 and #7 look highly suspicious. Some of the others could be grease-filled dies: vast numbers of Euro coins were required in 2002 and quality control was not always that great.
What are the edges like? Counterfeiters often have problems getting the edge right.

#4 looks like a beat up legit coin.

All the other reverses look like the same bogus reverse. Shape of Scandinavia and Iberia are wrong, alignment of stars on outer ring is off, etc.

Edit: Compare to reverse on a genuine 2002A pulled from ebay. I would be very surprised if there were a way to get from this design to the design on those other reverses via any kind of mint error.

Someone who personally handle more than (mostly counterfeit) 1000 2 Euro coins every year, I can very confidently say except number 4 , all are circulation counterfeits. Here in Turkey, up until 2015 or so, 1 and 2 Euro and 1 Lira counterfeiting has been reported occasionally. They're made to fool unsuspecting merchants in teh Eurozone. Lowest demonion I have sene is Euro 20 cent, yet they are rare. Sad to say that but except number 4, they worth nothing.

tdziemia : some are produced here in Turkey, some are in Bulgaria, Greece and the Balkans. I once remember a big ring busted in the South of Italy with links to France. And there used to be a gang that smuggled quite a sum of counterfeit 2 Euros to the Eurozone and that was originated from China. These are the ones I know of.
