to the CCF!  The term Full Bands or Full Torch are sort of interchangeable on Roosevelt dimes. It has to do with the amount of detail in the main device of the reverse. It must have to have a full line through the center of both bands or fully detailed lines in the flame. This coin seems to be showing a grainy surface on both sides and not much detail in the torch handle, flame or in the olive and oak leaves. Sorry. Even if it was full bands, in this condition It wouldn't be worth all to much over face value
