Welcome. These early Lydia issues are heavily faked. It would help to provide much clearer pictures, including the incuse punch side. Without better pictures, I doubt anyone can help you.

Would need to see clearer pictures of both sides of the coin, but as Bob said they are widely faked.

I know one thing that is real and that's your picture, real blurry.. Keep working on photo skills,preview before hitting that post button, I know very tough.
