Hi There,

I have this coin, I know most likely someone altered the coin, because there really isn't mint errors as such, or so I think, I am still pretty new.

But what do you guys think?

Damaged coin--likely done intentionally. Sadly, not a mint error.

Not a mint error. That would be impossible to
happen during the striking of the coin. PMD

This is definite PMD, probably deliberate.

Never be worth more than face value. Spender, or save for a show and tell item to show to a new collector of what not to collect. (Of course an image would also be as good as seeing the coin)

I agree, post mint damage ( PMD), probably intentional. It didn't leave the mint looking this way.

Looks like someone took a try at drilling through it, hence the moved and melted metal. I am a bit confused at how there's no marking in the center of the circle, as most drill bits jut in the center. Whatever it was, PMD
