This one came to me unattributed, and in this instance I'm unable to pin it down as of yet. It's just under 15 mm across, and weighs 3.53 grams.

The obverse clearly depicts Janus. The reverse is in a bit rougher shape. My initial impression was that the figure on the right might be a satyr with a bow, but I'm far from confident in that interpretation. It may be that the scene consists of nothing more than simply two seated figures facing each other. The one to the left looks to me to be a woman.

I suspect it's either Macedonian or Thessalonian.

On the rev, looks like there is a pile of stones or loaves of bread plus maybe a couple letters near the bottom. As to the figures, they look a bit like centaurs to me. Maybe this is an example of what you have:
