I think they're pretty common...

Go for the 38mm direct fit. Much nicer than a ring type.
39 to 40.6mm A.S.E. are oft used and I 'spose fine for storage but that couple mm movement is annoying to say the least.

The problem with the direct-fit 38mm is that they are only 3.17mm in depth, while the ML is 3.29mm thick. The air-tite doesn't seal right, and I am worried about contactint the coin with the top of the capsule.
