Wieght being normal and the sliver extruding from the back side.
You all are probably right about More PMD..
Just thought it's cool thing to find in a roll..

Not saying the positive ultimate answer but I've seen coins like that from metal detecting when they were buried in dirt for some time and there was a chemical reaction to the soil.
