I can see doubling in the P mint mark, In God We Trust, quarter dollar. What do you all make of it? thank you

That is called DDD ( Die Deterioration Doubling) Note the other devices are also showing the same thing. In fact probably the devices are moving in the direction of the rim all around the coin. But RPMs stopped in 1990, with the mintmark being part of the design and no longer added to the die. Note the top of the inside loop of the 'R' is showing the same thing. But it gets a lot worse before they retire the die. Look at this:
