I matched this coin to the examples on PCGS CoinFacts by the die scratches under TRUST but I can't find much info on this die. It doesn't command a huge premium but definitely a premium. Anyone know anymore about this die that I? Thanks for looking.

Looks like a lot of grease on that area. (note the leaves) But the mintmark, is probably larger because of the Grease Fill on the taller devices that area tapered.

Thanks for the look coop. Definitely not grease filled, this die has something to do with the size of the S that is not easily notable and commands a high premium in 65-66. I'm sure it's in one of the cherrypickers guides, I just don't have that particular copy.

Took a look at my CPG. It's in there as FS-502 which you pointed out but really not a lot of information. Tough to decide whether it is medium or large S since it looks "filled" with that grease Coop was mentioning. Since you found some die scratches that match other examples I think it should be safe to say it's a medium S. Ill take your word for it so, nice pick!

I found a FS-002 on PCGS. But, what is it? I found the listing for FS-501, 503. 504 But nothing on the FS-502? What is it?

It's an oddball coop. They call it the " medium S". I can't find any particular info on it just a few sales records of $5-600 for high grade ms. Give me a few, I'll try to post a link.
