It's missing letter..L..In liberty and has lots of partial letters.Is this a error or normal wear? Need advice please.

The mint uses a release agent we refer to as grease. When to much accumulates in recessed areas the letters don't form properly. It's not an error that offers any premium. Most collectors keep one as an example. I think you have a nice example.

Note the LLAR area on DOLLAR. On those devices, they are wider than normal. With a partial filling of grease, the tops of the tapered devices wouldn't form, thus the wider base ones did, as the devices was not totally filled. But on the 'L' on Liberty it was filled, thus you don't see the wider devices, you don't see a hint of it. So that is what happens when the recess in the die is completed filled.

Adds very small premium if you find the right buyer. Not worth putting on ebay in my opinion.
