Okay as stated before I do not have access to a camera.

As I have started looking for errors and such I came across a 67 Lincoln that looks to have I want to say an extra rim or something of the sort. The In God We trust is stamped over it. It runs about middle of the in god we trust. Then goes away towards the base of Lincoln. A slight trace of it is present on The reverse.

Any Ideas as I can't get to any sitesto try to look for a reference.

It sounds like a form of Die Deterioration that is commonly seen on the 1982 and later Zincolns and less often on earlier coins. It shows as a raised rounded hump that follows along just inside the rim. Usually it runs through the IGWT but sometimes in other places around the coin.
