I've posted this coin already but my camera wouldn't do full obverse and reverse. That's been fixed. I hope that you can see the obverse and the reverse clearly. Another west coast score. Thanks for looking.

Amazing coin! Beauty for sure, the '84 doubled ear will always be one of my favorite doubled dies.

Wow! That is an excellent example to find in circulation, especially on the west coast. Can rarely find an '84 philly out here yet alone a doubled ear! Congrats on a real toughie in a solid high(ish) grade.

Very nice find. 100% pure acetone soak and an Air-Tite capsule.

No, sorry it's just some... OH WOW! IT IS THE DOUBLE EAR!!

Please forgive me for jumping the gun. Most of the time it's just a circulation hit or Machine Doubling on the coins posted as this variety. Fantastic coin and great pictures! Congrats on the find!

And doubled beard:

Most people forget about that. Just, ear wowed. Note the spread on the ear. The same is seen on the beard.

I struggle to recognize the doubled ears, but this one is clear enough that even I see it. Well done.

On the big 1955 DDO-001, the face is also doubled. Most people didn't know that either:

Reading posts on CCF always gets me thinking...hmmm? Do I have one of those? So I'll be plugging in the scope soon to check a couple of rolls. If you don't see a post of mine...I struck out!
Nice home-run!
