Hello Forum

Was hoping you could help me determine if this is a clipped planchet or PMD. Thanks in advance.

The distortion and fade of the letters into the clip make me think it's true mint error. I can't really see a Blakesley Effect, but it doesn't always appear on clipped coins.

ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

I'd say a clip as well. Did you find this one in the wild?
