I have come to the conclusions that I cant figure out MD VS Doubled Die, or I need a better resolution camera. I checked Wexler and V.V and no such luck for a comparison. The "In God We Trust " seemed for lack of a better word "fatter" then on my other proof sets. So that's why I dug further. Also it's seems like edges are more rounded and not shelf like? Did my best with image/pics as its still in the proof set. As always,Thanks again to all the members that have helped with my current and previous questions.

All Machine Doubling. The clues?
1. Note the areas you are looking. All on the outsides of the devices. Not in the centers of the devices.
2. Note the affected areas are all flat looking. Altered by the machine after the second strike. (Yes, I said second strike. Proof coins are struck more than once. The the strength of the design)
3. If this were a doubled die, then we would see a widening/or taller devices.

Note on this one, the devices are showing spread that makes them look taller. Thus the devices appear distorted. On your coin they are normal looking with the outside reduced by the MD. On the V.V example above on the centers of the tops of the horizontal devices, you can see the spread line on the devices. On the initials, the spread line is in the center of the device, because the device is angled on the design. On the outlined devices on Liberty, that is called flat field doubling. That is a form of MD that happen on the first strike of the coin, that was flattened during the second strike.
