I can not seem to find them and I would like to see how many or few were minted as I have heard that 2020 coins may become semi-key date coins.

Of course breakdown by mint and for the quarters by design would be helpful.

I do not know what the policy is for mintage figures is with for American coins but for
Australian coins the Mint production mintage numbers are not published until the end of the following financial year, which ends in June. That is halfway through a mintage date year.
That means for 2020 dated Australian coins, mintage figures will not be published until about September 2021.

And for U.S. circulating and some NIFC coins, you'll find 2020 numbers, including the ATB Quarters, here through the pull-down menus:

Yes back when all the banks were closed down and there was a coin shortage and the businesses were asking for correct change there was a lot of people speculating that 202 coins would be key dates. I said back then they wouldn't be. I was right. These are the 2020 figures in millions of coins. If you ignore the NA dollars you get 14.770 BILLION coins. Lowest mintage is the P nickel at only 785 million coins.
