When I look under magnify it looks like it is Doubled but I'm only a beginner.its kinda hard to get the right pictures cheap phone lol.i will try to get better picture

Pretty unclear images, need better photos.

Based on what I see, Machine Doubling, not a DDO.

The 1969-S DDO is the king jewel of variety collecting, so it would be far more obvious to see.

Given the photos posted, I think I'm seeing Machine Doubling on the date. Curiously, not that uncommon with '69 S cents.

WADR, your photos do need improvements. You can buy a clip on magnifier for not much money. Also check out the photography section for tips. The better the photos you post, the better we can help you.

Machine was very common that year. Also because of the rare DDO, every one wants to think they had one. Lot of false DDO's with Machine Doubling were submitted to PCGS. All were attributed as normal. (133 of these were submitted)

PCGS made out like a bandit.

This was one of them. All a look hard at the date, but the Liberty and motto is where they really should have been looking:

In fact even the big DDO, had a lot of them with Machine Doubling also:

Note the hub doubling on these 4 coins, then note the yellow arrows. That is where the MD happened, after the strike.
