It's not a coin.
It's a medal or charm, perhaps a tourist souvenir selling for 2 USD, maybe more or less.
The broom, staff & rake are also described as a broom, shovel & rake.
It may or may not be connected with a famous old Chinese story about "Journey to the West".
I usually help identify Chinese coins- but this is not a coin.
Some others that know more about it may give better answers,
