Is this an example of a "whizzed" coin?

There were a number of these from the same seller and all had the same look.

It just looks like a later die state to me.

I'll say MS-65 because of chatter on leading hip. Very common in this grade.

1931S is A better late date. A study of Buffalo nickels will inform us that there are typical strike qualities for a given year. I have a book that explains and describes each issue. I think it is an ealier printing of this.

Looks fine to me as well. Typical strike and die state. This one is trickier to find well struck in an earlier die state. I'd say it's got a good shot at MS65 as well. MS64 and MS65 are pretty easy to find...... next to impossible to find a 67.
