Don't know what kind of error this is but I don't think it's
post damage. There are no scratches and the rest of the coin is in decent condition.

Im gonna say damaged, reason being you can see the "B" in "ELIZABETH" with damage on top of the letters, which means it was struck like intended and then whatever that is, happened afterword.

It looks post-mint to me. Damage to both sides in same spot. It's even out-of-round in that area, as if something pinched/grabbed it and pulled.

Thanks for your input everyone. This is a learning experience for me because I'm new to all of this. I really don't care about the value but find the process and the collecting interesting and fun.
