Please let me know what this should be classified as. I had it on a page with a bunch of clips, but I was fooled, and now I don't know what to call it

To my eyes it looks like a genuine mint error to me, possibly an off-center double strike since the curve looks to be the same size as another cent. Although Numisma could be right as well.

Post strike damage, one side is bigger then the other. no mint error or off-center.
