Malaga is located in Southern Spain, in the Province of Andalusia, an area previously occupied centuries ago by the Islamic Moors, hence the bilingual scripts on opposite sides.

@JL, sorry but this isn't a coin. Rather it seems to be a game piece (pawn from a chess set).

I saw that chess set too when searching that where I took the image , but it's not possible, how can a piece of metal writthen on '' Dirham '' which was and still a famous currency in the islamic countries, nd it's even my official currency here in Morocco, can be just a pawn for a chess set, I mean it doesn't make any sense, in fact you can't play with any thing has the name of Allah on it, like this piece...it's very confusing

An explanation could be that the chess set was made for use in Spain, or other non-Islamic countries for the reason you mention.

 From the link, it appears to have been made in Spain. The chess/checkers set is Muslim Spain-themed, and the checkers are modeled after coins from that period.
