I watched a few videos on Double Die Sheild backs. Which did help me get thru alot of DDD and MD.. So I found this guy, alot of the pictures are die marks and chips.. the letters are more "Bolder than normal.. its not straight noticeable doubled. Check is out and let me know!
I've seen something like that on the 2016-D cents: But I've determined it to be on that year/date master die doubling for that mint. many of them had it that area affected. Also on the date as well.
