Probably makeup altered the color. That happened a lot of change I used to get from my Wife years ago.

Agree, exposure to environmental agents which interacted with the coin's surface.

From the point of view of the color, I am curios to know how and where the coin was storage, Has a light yellow color like the yellows brass. 100% external interaction.

Looks to have been a plated coin and the plating is wearing off - especially on the high points

Rothery has the point. To day in hobby store you can buy silver, gold, copper, brass, etc. plating cold solution for temporary hobby things. It is like a paint and many play with.

I agree with Rothery, this may have been a plated coin that the plating is wearing off. Now, environmental damage and/or wear is causing the under surface to show through. Regardless, it's post mint damage ( PMD).
