HELP!! I HAVE NOT EVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE! I ASSUME THAT ITS A DIE ERROR BUT WOW. HOW AND WHAT. I FIGURE IT HAPPENED WHEN THEY RESTAMPED THE TAIL FEATHERS? I'm NOT SURE. PLEASE HELP ME LOL. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!!

Appears to be PMD--likely deliberate if that's the case. A couple of close-in, large and sharp photos of the area in question would help better determine what's happening.

Close up's would help a lot. If those lines go over the devices then it is post mint damage. It looks to be doing that on one of the stars between to one and united.
