Welcome to CCF.
Nice error. I would consider it moderate and value it at between $600-$900. If it showed the upper serial number of the lower note and the lower serial number of the upper note, it would be considered a major error and the price would almost double.

Nice. When I see these, I always assume someone took an uncut sheet and made fake errors. However, this series/serial doesn't show up on the list of uncut sheets, so it looks legit.

The first of the modern (1963 >) $20 sheets available from the BEP for collectors was series 1996 San Francisco replacement notes. I have one around here somewhere.

Here it is...the most notable feature, besides it being a sheet of replacement notes is that it's not your typical sheet seen with high serial numbers, as seen on other sheets.
