coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 04/09/2021 12:56 am It might be some epoxy glue. There are some areas near 'Am' on America that might peel of as it is thinner there. But it does appear on the surface of the coin. Report this Post to the Staff

Just make sure to follow the directions on the package. Acetone is flammable and can cause an explosion if handled incorrectly.
