I was looking through a few coins and noticed this line through the word cent,almost looks like a hair or something was in the way. Wondering what you guys think.

It may be an slight alloy mix error. It could be a line of tin or zinc that wasn't quite mixed into the bronze.

Whatever it is, it's not a Struck Through. A Struck Through would be incuse
and that mark seems flush with the surface.

The line seems to be raised from the surface of the coin.

Die deterioration? It appears to be under the A in America as well.

Or something in the mix of the copper on the stock material/planchet that was there before the coin was struck. Thus you see it on the tops of the devices. (Which will wear on in circulation, unless whatever caused this is thicker than just surface.
