If most coins are circulated I was wondering is it circulated if u find it in circulation even if its in uncirculated condition? When u click on the options that are there presented to sell what do u choose?

1.Depending on the condition of the coin it should be posted.
2.If found in circulation it should be posted as such.

If The coin is in circulation and has no wear but theres a change in color,is this uncirculated? A/yes B/no

I think there are two things to consider here. in the earlier days there was no point grading. it was either circulated or uncirculated and grade levels in between. with the advent of Mint State grading it changed grading quite a bit. the MS grades represents the coin as related to the perfect specimen MS70. deductions are made from there to arrive at numeric grade. based on this a coin can grade MS even though it was in circulation so long as no circulation markers can be noted.

look at it this way. if a coin from the mint went into circulation for 1 day and then was pulled from circulation it most likely is not going to show any markers that it was. if you sent the coin to a TPG its highly unlikely they would grade it AU

As I understand it, Uncirculated is a grade, not whether it is still in the mint or has been sent into the world of commerce. So yes, a coin you got in change could be UNC.

Hotly debated MANY times over the years. The bottom line, if a coin shows no wear, it is considered mint state regardless of where it came from. THE SOURCE DOES NOT MATTER.
