Did you find it obverse side down in a parking lot?

After you ran it over with your car?

to the CCF!

The coins you get at the bank may have been returned and put back into circulation hundreds of times. This one was a Parking Lot coin at some time and could have been picked up and spent over and over. The bank workers may not have even seen the condition if the coin was rolled.

Agreed - parking lot coin.

The coins you receive in bank rolls have not been inspected, so there is no reason to expect that because this came from your bank its unusual in some way.

As long as the coin will pass through the counter without jamming, it can get into a roll.

Over several decades I've found many, many 'parking lot' cents in rolls wrapped by Loomis and other coin service companies/providers--not to mention those in customer-wrapped rolls. It happens.
Rest in Peace

The U.S. mint has recently been experimenting with creating new and different designs for the obverse of the Lincoln Cent ; This is just one of them , the abstract look .
