Hello everyone. So I have a question about these foreign coins I am trying to sell. They are mostly in paper cases with prices and where the coins are from written on both sides of paper case, from previous owner. I am able to identify what most of the abbreviations stand for but there are many that I have no idea what it means or if it was just the way the previous owner was able to identify for their own personal inventory. Was hoping someone could help me out with this. Here is a list of some of the abbreviations I am talking about KLO OVER VSO KLO OVER VAO VKN OVER NSO KLO OVER VAS VLN OVER NCO OKN OVER VSO LSO OVER KLO any suggestions would be greatly appreciated because I know so little about foreign coins already,

@ea7, first welcome to CCF. Second, I wonder if this isn't a code for how much they paid for the coins. Hopefully one of our members who is a dealer can talk more to this.

The writing is upside down relative to the coins, so it's possible this writing was for some other coins and the 2x2 cardboard holders have been re-used.

Always odd to try and decipher other collector's obtuse markings. There are a couple in my collection that have been passed around with 2x2 graffiti to match...

Quote: Looks like a cost code (You choose your own words with 10 different letters) As an example: T-R-A-M-P-O-L-I-N-E 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-0 $ 5.89 = P.IN $ 27.90 = RL.NE $ 107.55 = TEL.PP
