At this point it is still a die crack. When the line flows from edge to edge, then it is more of a strong die crack.
We see this on a lot of Lincoln cents and they are used as markers, but no premium for these as they are just die events up to this cpoin it the dies life. (but getting closer to retirement)

When the metal starts getting loose on the die, then it is called a Retained Cud.

These obverse Cuds fall off faster, than the reverse ones because the collar holds them in place longer.
