i came up with F12 possible 15 also. I think the overall sharpness of the coin I think it leans F15

Good honest wear ,virtually a no problem coin less the minute hairline scratches on face and neck . F-15 .

I'm at F-15 on this as well.....another F - VF over-grade for circulated Barber quarters. It was given a VF-20
