@gs5441, first welcome to CCF. Second, if you are talking about the arc-like scratches near the rim on the bottom half of the coin, those are from coin wrapping machines and are damage rather than a mint error.

Given the somewhat soft photo posted, I think I'm seeing a circular 'cut' line cased by a coin rolling machine--not uncommon.
