I'm new to this coin stuff but this is really a rare please help if anyone can give advice I know getting these graded is usual thing but I haven't looked yet but I know its probably high I'm not in a position to afford it I'm sure so please need a guide on this one

We need full pictures of both sides, (Obverse and Reverse) properly cropped to show full coin and rotated to the correct viewing orientation.

But from what I see is a well worn Washington quarter.
The only thing I noted it the Mint mark where the center pin may have broken off, thus not forming the center of the 'D' properly.

@curb, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree that you might have a broken pin on that mintmark, but it looks like there is minor Machine Doubling on some of the letters as well.

Looks like the center of the A in QUARTER has been affected with grease....I see no added value above face...spender, sorry to say
