Not sure if this is considered MD or minor DDO?
Also is this penny hard to find in this condition?
If yes,, Possible Raw Value or should I grade it?

Given the glare on the photos, I can't quite pick out any doubling. Seeing the coin in-hand might change that. Most likely Machine Doubling. Given the large number of '68 P cents minted--1,707,880,970--there are quite a few of these in low to mid range MS grade out there. Yours appears to be somewhere between AU58+ and MS61. A good hole filler, but not really a superb candidate for grading by a TPG, from the value perspective.

Looks pretty normal, perhaps MS-62RD, really doesn't carry much of a premium.

Yeah.. I looked it up on YouTube... Look!! $2300 1968 P cent... soooo rare!!
So I'm not gonna do that any longer and rely on PGSC coin facts and Guide apps

Not worth grading. Not uncommon to find. And looks to be (from what can be seen in the pics) Machine Doubling.
