Given the glare on the photos, I can't quite pick out any doubling. Seeing the coin in-hand might change that. Most likely Machine Doubling. Given the large number of '68 P cents minted--1,707,880,970--there are quite a few of these in low to mid range MS grade out there. Yours appears to be somewhere between AU58+ and MS61. A good hole filler, but not really a superb candidate for grading by a TPG, from the value perspective.
Yeah.. I looked it up on YouTube... Look!! $2300 1968 P cent... soooo rare!! So I'm not gonna do that any longer and rely on PGSC coin facts and Guide apps
