hard to assess color. if this is the true color then RB MS67RB

I think it's more red then brown , so my call is MS-67RD .

Beautiful coin and a good example of why PCGS no longer guarantees color designations. That coin is not 95% red now (as required for RD designation) and certainly will be more brown in the future.
And interestingly enough if it were designated RB as a 66+ it would be a Top Pop and worth more than as an RD.
