@cang, first welcome to CCF. Second, rather than reanimating old thread, best practice is to start a new thread for new coins so I have split your reply into its own thread. Folks will be along soon to provide their opinions, but in the meanwhile, I think we are likely going to need better pics to show the detail of your coin.

With over 1.7 Billion struck, they are not rare.
